1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KaisySales ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
KaisySales provides a web-based financial management platform that allows users to track sales, manage expenses, control inventory, generate invoices, and access business reports. The Platform is accessed via a web browser and requires an internet connection.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees
KaisySales is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain features in the future; if we do, we will notify you in advance and obtain your agreement before any charges apply.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes
- Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not use the Platform to store illegal or fraudulent information
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its code, design, logo, and branding, is the intellectual property of KaisySales. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent. Your business data remains your property.
7. Limitation of Liability
KaisySales is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. We recommend regularly exporting your business data for backup purposes.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the courts of Ghana.
