KaisySales is in its growth phase and the priority is getting the product in front of real businesses, not billing them. Every feature is open while that continues, and you will be told before anything changes.

What happens to my data if pricing changes?

Nothing is deleted. Your records belong to you, they stay in your account, and you can export or ask for them at any time. See the Privacy Policy for detail on how data is stored and protected.

Nothing. KaisySales is free to use, with every feature included. There is no credit card requirement, no trial period that expires and no per-user fee.

There is no limit imposed by the plan. You can record as many sales, expenses, products, invoices and customers as your business produces.

No. In retail mode an owner can add staff logins and more than one branch at no extra cost. Each staff member is limited to the branch and modules the owner grants.

KaisySales is free today, and existing users will be told clearly before any paid plan is introduced. Nothing is charged silently and no feature you already use is removed without notice.
